Is it HOT in here, or is it just me?

I'm literally frying come night time. I have always slept hot but now it is almost unbearable. I sleep with the AC on 70, then have a personal fan and my bedroom fan. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have had really bad hot flashes also. They don't last all night, though, just comes in spurts.

We have a thermometer in our classroom and my mentor had the temp at 80.2 degrees. While she was out, I totally cranked the air. I mean, this is AZ after all!

Ditto! It sucks, the planes are always cold & I've been working with all these older women who I swear are going through menopause so it's even worse. I'm freezing all day!

normally, im freezing at night. lately i've been nice and toasty! not too hot, so its a nice change.

I keep having hot flashes. I find myself checking the thermostat several times a day, only to see its still 70.

I also usually sleep hot, but have been even hotter. We've actually had the a/c down to 60 at night!

I have days where i am hot and I have days where I am cold. I have been hot and cold with in minutes of each other. I remember one day I was sitting in front of the AC telling my husband to turn it on and off!! LOL

 

Also sometimes the AC helps with MS.
