Help me ditch this rash

DS has a spot on his scrotum that's been raw and bleeding for a while now. I put CJs butter on it at every change so it doesn't stick to the diaper, and it gets better for a few days but then always gets worse again. In the past two days he's also developed a rash underneath his scrotum. 

We use BG4.0s and I change him every 1.5-2 hours, except for naps and night. The past couple of days he's been naked except for sleeping and running errands, but it's not seeming to help yet. What more can I do?

I'd use a cream with zinc in it. Just a little, and use a liner if you're nervous (I never do and haven't had a problem).

Have you had it checked out with the doctor to see if it is a yeast rash?  Are there little red bumps around the outside?  That is an indicator of yeast.  You need a different cream if it is a yeast rash.
