My first appointment (besides just going in for bloodwork) is today.  I am pretty sure my Dr. does an ultrasound at the first appointment.  I am super super nervous since I had a little spotting and cramping very early on.  I'm a teacher so I'm taking a half-day and leaving at noon..  I'm meeting DH and we'll have lunch somewhere and then head to the appointment!  Ahhhh!!!
