T&Ps please (prev loss ment)

in December 2012 Moms
Today we have our first u/s. We miscarried in November so I am very nervous about the u/s. My uncle passed away in November and my Dad got very sick in December and passed away this March, so I really am hoping to get some good news. Any T&Ps are really appreciated!! My appt isn't until 3:15 so I am really hoping today goes super fast. TIA!
