7w2d's --- Severe Back PAIN!!!

Well ladies I finally called the dr monday morning and it took them ALL DAY to return my call just to tell me that I might have a tubular pregnancy...  I am completely devistated and so sad...  I go for a ultrasound today at 4pm...  I hope and pray that it is not a tubular pregnancy but I guess everything is in gods and the drs hands.... 

My only thing is that I do not have any other pain then in my spine.. so I am a bit confused ....  Is it possible for a old back injury to be acting up due to all the hormonal changes and uterus stretching etc....  I know I am only 7weeks pregnant but I am SOOO scared...

    I have back pain as well, and have had it for several days now. I wouldn't assume that it's ectopic. I had an ultrasound last week and know with 100% certainty that my little bean is safely implanted in the uterus. It's just my body doing its thing along with slight aggravation of an old injury. Good luck!

    I hope everything is ok!

    My ob said that when you get dehydrated you can experience some really bad cramping and back pain.

    Back pain is normal in early pregnancy. I was in physio for it by 10 weeks with DD.
