Diapers for pool and ocean?

We're taking DS to the Caribbean next month for a few days, and I'm not sure what to do about diapers for the pool and ocean. Any recommendations? Thanks!

    Little Swimmers, if your DS will fit into them.  The size small starts at 16 lbs, but i think that your DC would still need to have a thickish waist to hold them up.  My DS is tiny, so it's unlikely that he'll fit into them anytime soon.

    If in a pool, please, please use rubber pants as well as a swimming diaper. I used to lifeguard at a pool and the swimming diapers can still leak.

    Thanks, ladies! My DS was 14.8 pounds at his 2 month appt., so I'm sure he'll be 16 by the time we go! And what the heck are rubber pants?? And where do you find them?
