dr appt went great today :)
he tested for the strep and finally put my mind at ease and felt position of baby she is low but not engaged and head down facing my spine but thats ok. I am so excited though because I have a bilateral uterus and have had a fear of having to do a csection but he said with position of baby we can go for vaginal 
. and he also said lucky for me she will be a tiny baby and I will have a smooth delivery. he will do an u/s at 37 weeks to get a better idea on things but yay soooo excited
