headache help please!

I've had this headache for the past 2 days! I've tried Tylenol, coffee, and ice and nothing is helping me! I go to the doctor Wednesday but I need to get rid of this headache like yesterday!

Did you try a neck or head massage? or try heat...a nice hot, steaming bubble bath...very relaxing

I had one that started on Friday.  It got so bad that I had to call the on call doc on Sunday and get a prescription.  I've read that peppermint oil helps.  Hydrate yourself, take warm showers and try massage.  Good luck!

Sit on the edge of the bath and run hot water over your feet. It has helped me when I couldn't really take anything.  Try cool patches or,something like it for your forehead. Those will minimize your syptoms I hope. Headaches can be just terrible. I've found the cool patches for kids in the first aid aisle, but not at all stores.  Kind of like icy hot, butmim stays cold and sticks to your forehead.  Good luck.
