I found this on Pinterest. I have it pinned, thought I would share. I really enjoyed reading them. I printed off my favorites to bring in the delivery room. My favorite is this one:

    I like it! Whenever I'm in an uncomfortable situation, I tell myself 'being nervous reminds me that I'm alive', or 'being scared reminds me that I'm alive', etc. It really helps!
