I need a drink

This weekend was our first time camping with G. My DH took Friday off and we spent the morning packing. We got to the coast late afternoon on Friday and set up. Then guess what happened? Yep...G got sick. Fever and nasty diarrhea. We had to drive back home Saturday morning. High fever all day Saturday and Sunday. Clinging to me like a limpet. Basically spent the weekend on the couch watching Yo Gabba Gabba (shoot me).

I am in mourning. We had such a fun weekend planned. He's a little better today but the toddler whine is in full force.

That SUCKS, especially since your H took the day off and everything. Hope G feels better soon! Maybe you can set up an indoor camp (pillow fort, blankets over chairs) and re-create the would-have-been weekend
