Update for IUI #3

So, I went in last Thursday for baseline US before starting injectables, and it did not go good;(  I had multiple endometriomas on both ovaries and they have scheduled a lap for this thursday the 3rd.  Needless to say I cried alot Thursday and I am so scared about this lap.. I have already had 2 so you would think that this one is no biggie but it is really freaking me out.  My daughter's 2nd birthday is the 5th so I think that has some to do with it. 

I have my fingers crossed that this might work, the plan is to have the lap then do an injectable IUI the following cycle.

TTC #1 for 2 1/2 years with Endo 3 cycles with Clomid in early 2008- all BFN's Lap #1 4/2008, Lupron for 6 mos Refered to RE 3 cycles with Femera and IUI in early 2009- all BFN's Lap #2 06/2009 IVF #1: started cycle 7/15/2009 ER 8/26/2009 ET 8/31/2009 BFP 9/7/2009 C-Section 5/5/2010 TTC #2 since May 2011 IUI #1 March 9 2012= BFN IUI #2 April 6 2012= ????

    I am so sorry that you are going through this.  Lots of luck on Thursday, enjoy DD's birthday, and hopefully next month will be a success!

    Good luck, I know the feeling!  I have an endometrioma I have had since I was pg with DD but I haven't had it removed yet.  Party because I am terrified.

    If you don't mind me asking, why do you have to have the lap immediately?  I only ask because it has been discussed for mine but never something I HAVE to do right now.  Although I am at the point that I think I may need to have lap to get pregnant.

    Thanks ya'll, I actually got a call this monday and my RE reviewed my ultrasound and actually canceled my lap.  I went to see him today and he felt that doing the lap would not increase my fertility chances.  He felt that we were pretty much at the end of the line.  My AMH is .16.  He is going to let me do an FSH IUI to see how I respond and if I respond okay and get a BFN we might try one round of IVF then if it fails we will be done:(

    They were going to do the lap immediately bc they only do it on cycle days 5-12 and I was cd 3 and this was his only opening and next cycle it would have fallen on memorial day weekend and he was going to be out of town.  I saw his partner though and when he reviewed the us he felt like it would not increase my chances and canceled the lap.
