DH and I went to SH to get him some new sunglasses and the girl waiting on us realized I was Pg and asked how far along I am. I said 6 months, and she said, "your so tiny, but don't worry, you're going to blow up soon." The girl working with her said that wasn't nice, and she said, "well, she is.". Good lord. She was about 17 years old. What the hell does she know?
Dh thought it was hysterical. Not me.

Sorry, I'm with your DH, I think it sounds wicked funny. "Blow up" lol...I think she meant "pop"...it's only funny because it's coming out of a teenager.
On the bright side, at least she said you're tiny now. And if you're still tiny now, you'll probably won't blow up, lol.
If it makes you feel any better, when I went to the bakery while I was pregnant with DS, the girl there (also about 17) asked how far along I was every.single.time I walked in, and her response was always "Wow, you look big" or even better "Wow, you look HUGE" Needless to say, by the end of the pregnancy, DH was going to the bakery, not me.

Here's what I don't get.. since when do you make comments like that to a customer who you don't know? I mean it's just weird! Thank god she is a teenager because that's the only excuse she has!
