I wouldn't worry too much, though I know how hard it is not to...our bodies are growing and changing every single day to make room for our little ones I have been experiencing stretching/pulling/cramping, and have been assured that it is normal.
As long as you aren't seeing any red blood, I wouldn't worry!
I know the feeling...last night I only slept 3 hours because of the lower back pain and I get some twitches on both sides...I couldn't help but worry so I just watched tv all night and rubbed my lower back. It is definitely normal to feel dizzy, I get it in the mornings. Our bodies are going through a lot but I hope you feel better and are able to relax

totally, totally normal. It's because of vascular underfill. Your vessels have dilated due to hormones. Your body will catch up in a while, when it gets its blood volume up to where it needs to be to support the baby!
I have been feeling woozy, dizzy, sleepy and all out of sorts the last couple of days. Almost like a hangover but without the vomiting. On top of that light pulling/stretching/cramping as well. I'm pretty sure it's normal:)
i woke up today feeling very dizzy and weird idk whats going on and now my stomach hurts when i move around should i be worried??
I don't have the dizzy symptom (i have the stomach and feeling weird part for sure) - but I did read about it in my baby book - it's simply your blood flow/body changing. Give yourself a few minutes before getting up or out of bed and don't stand up quickly. This should at least help a little.

Also, make sure you're drinking lots of water!
