Just got Babies r us completion coupon

And it has TONS of restrictions!  It says 15% off any remaining Baby Registry items but then in fine print lists like 30 things it's NOT good for   And it even says it's only good on items that were on the Registry BEFORE the event date...I can't remember if I put an actual shower date or just an EDD.  I know for Target and BBB you could add stuff to the registry anytime....we were adding stuff while we were walking around the store just before using the completion coupon at BBB lol

BBB didn't have ANY restrictions including diapers and wipes on their completion coupon! The only good part was most of the stuff I wanted to get from Babies R us isn't on the exclusion list.

that totally sucks. Since becoming pregnant BRU has left a bad taste in my mouth. I regret registering there (and only there)

They were very good to me today! They let me use multiple 20% off one item coupons today even on items that said were excluded! So maybe when you go in you will get lucky:)

Do you live in the U.S.? I was told we don't get any completion discount here in Canada

They have no way of tracking this. I added stuff the day of purchase with no problem.

You can see what date you used by going to your registry page.  You can also change that date.

I ended placing an order over the phone because there were a lot of items that were buy 1 get 1 50% off but you couldn't use the completion coupon with it online because it canceled the 50% out. I ended up paying for all the merchandise as if I didn't have the completion coupon to get the 50% off certain items then babies r us is going to credit 15% back to my credit card in 2-3 days. Took a little bit of patience to do it over the phone but worth it!

Thanks for the info...I noticed their prices tend to be a bit higher than other places as well....I plan on shopping around for the remaining items as well.
