Hi! I just discovered this board and will probably become a full-time lurker 
My son is 11 months old, and we just discovered that he has an allergy to cow's milk after a bad reaction to yogurt. We have gone in for an apt with his pedi who gave us advice and have done some research ourselves, but I was wondering if I could get some advice/tips from other moms who are in the same situation. I'm not entirely sure what I want to know...I guess I'm just looking for anything you've got to offer!
