Is this happenning to anyone else? I wake up around 3 or 4 feeling sooo nauseous (and it continues until I have a hearty breakfast). Most of the time I'm able to fall back asleep, but it's not good sleep.
Yes this happened to me last time and I am experiencing it again with this pregnancy. I keep crackers and water on my night stand and eat/drink when I wake up in the middle of the night. It really helps!
Mine has usually been hitting me around 3:00 in the afternoon. It lasts until about 8:00ish I'd say. But this morning, out of no where I all of a sudden felt sick and threw up for the first time since I got my BFP. I'm not sure if other factors were the cause - but I'd finally gotten used to my "night" sickness. I hope it doesn't switch up!
I've been getting hit with m/s at all times of the day and night... It's helped me at night to have a somewhat "balanced" snack... as in peanut butter crackers which offer carbs, protein and fat. For me this worked better than just dry crackers. During the day I do the same thing but healthier as in walnuts and cheese and bagel pieces. HTH

I wake up in the middle of the night constantly and usually I can just drink some OJ or iced tea and be good enough to ease the nausea enough to go back to sleep. But last night I woke up at 11:30pm and was having intense nausea so I made my way to the kitchen and heated up some leftover spaghetti and buttered a piece of bread. It was incredible and I have no regrets over it lol

This! I ate them in the middle of the night and when I first woke up. Hasn't hit me a ton yet this time, but a little, and I expect it will get worse like last time!

This. I wouldn't say I feel nauseous, exactly, but just... not quite right if I wake up in the middle of the night. I like to keep something with a shelf life in my bedside stand for just such occasions.
