Girl names are very hard for us... these are what we've narrowed it down to.  Which do you think is best?  Last name sounds like Bauer.

FWIW, Emily, Lily, and Eloise are family names.

I loved these too, but too many syllables

I voted for Emily Gianna (obvious bias toward the name Emily!) but I think Lily Gianna would be quite nice.

I chose Elizabeth Lily which I think is beautiful but I prefer Emily to Elizabeth (obviously not with Lily), but I really do not like Gianna at all. Very Italian names just are NMS (and I am Italian - just not the in your face Jersey shore type - which is what this sounds like to me LOL) Good luck!
