NIFR: Need Lots of T&Ps

If any of you remember, last year my Grandfather had 3-4 heart attacks (history of 2 more with 2 open heart surgeries) within a 4-5 week period and there was nothing the Drs could do except find a good combo of meds to keep him comfortable and live daily life as best as possible - he's also dealing with early stages of Dementia, he has good and bad days.
Today, was a very bad day.....early this morning he had a bleeding stroke. The Drs have placed him in the Comfort Care unit and has been unconscious for the past 12+ hours.
According to the Drs, time is precious. Dh and I will be visiting him tomorrow and I REALLY hope he wakes up, so I can see him conscious and tell him I love him. If you all could, please send as many T&Ps as you can spare.

Baby B's heart stop beating at 9 weeks 5 days
Our little miracle baby is a boy.
Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.
