Hi ladies!  This is month 5 of ttc, and my first month charting.  We are doing timed intercourse, and last month totally overdid it and "fatigued" my husband to the point of a few failed efforts at pretty much the worst point possible.   Today I got a +opk on day 15 (and I am positive for 2-3 days usually).  I am guessing I will ovulate tomorrow (we'll see).  We BD'd last night and had been aiming for EOD to not over do it.  But with this +, I am thinking tonight is important!  What would you do...go for tonight or wait for our scheduled "night" tomorrow?   So much for keeping this month low key and pressure free. ;). Thanks for any expert opinions!

    MH and I BD every day in the 3 days leading up to my O day, then we BD the day of. Sometimes, we BD the day after.

    Prior to the 3 days leading up to my O day, we BD for fun if we want. But that's it. 

    Of course, I'm now on cycle 8, so maybe I'm not the best person to ask! LOL

    Trying to figure this out is the bain of my exsistence. I was always very nervous about missing my +opk so I'd make DH get an early start on the bding and by the time I got my + we were only good for one more night.

    My acupuncturist said to wait until you get a +opk bd that night and at least once for the next 2 or 3 days or until  you can confirm a temperature shift.

    My RE said to bd every other night for the entire week during O. Lot's of different advice but who knows what ends up working in the end!

    If it's feeling like 'pressure', then definitely do EOD. Every time I have been pg (3x), it's been when we're more relaxed.
