Arching back and red face- what does it mean?

I tried to look to see if anyone else had posted about this but couldn't find anything. Emily is 2 weeks and 2 days old and has been doing this thing where she will pull her feet up, arch her back, and her face will become red while she cries. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on? Thank you

My LO does this and it is gas.  As soon as he passes it he relaxes again.

Could be gas, reflux, or in the case of #1 it was part of her millk protein allergy issue.
