What are your favorite travel items?

I am going w/ DD (will be 8 1/2 mos) a beach condo for 5 nights to visit family. (Unfortunately DH has to work).  We will be driving 5 1/2 hrs to get there..

Here are the things I plan to take:

Pack and Play (for sleeping)

Baby Spring float w/ canopy (for pool)

pop up shade for beach

disposable bibs

Fisher price booster seat (for feeding)

 ++ plus the normal things (stroller, toys,etc)

-- Do you have any other must have travel items?

I bring a blanket or sheet from her crib at home to use in the pnp. The familiar smellsand items help her fall asleep in a strange location. Also if you use a sound machine or anything like that don't forget  to pack it.

We were at the beach this weekend and her sun hat was a lifesaver for areas where shade wasn't available.

One thing I wish I would have brought is baby wash clothes. I figured id just use the regular ones but they're huge and don't work well for little faces.
