If you eat a food that makes your LO gassy, how long does it typically take to run through their system? I've had no problems with spicy, dairy, and red sauce so far, but broccoli caused some fussiness. TIA. I'm new to this.
I'm wondering, too... I read 1-24.... not really much of a help. I started a food journal, but if foods/drinks' affects are this broad, I'm not sure I'd be able to track down what the culprit was!
