bumGenius warranty

Last summer, I bought five 4.0 snap diapers. We wash them as recommended in BG detergent (and occasionally RnG). This afternoon, one of the side snaps ripped out! Crying

Has anyone filed a warranty claim with BG? How good are they about it?

    You need a copy of your original receipt... Cotton Babies is the manufacturer.

    I think they have a year warranty... but yes i believe you need your reciept

    I've had great experiences with their warranty, even without a receipt. In fact, they even replaced a Flip cover with cracking PUL that I had purchased used (thereby meaning it wasn't covered by warranty) -- I was upfront with them about where I bought it, but they didn't mind.

    Mommy to DD1 (June 2007), DS (January 2010), DD2 (July 2012), and The Next One (EDD 3/31/2015)

    They were awsome. You need your receipt. They just replaced my 7 bg's cause the velcro wasn't holding up well.
