How many hours can you go with out breastfeeding before it starts to mess with your supply?

This depends a lot on the age of your baby. I could probably go for a day and be fine - but my baby is almost 1. With a month old, I had leaky exploding boobs after about 3 hours.

Depends on whether it's a one-off thing or a regular habit and how old your LO is, IMO.

ETA: Either I'm losing it, or you added that ticker while I was writing this response.  Anyway, is it a one-time situation or a regular habit we're talking about?

Two times a week I am away for 3-4 hours. And It seems like even when I am with LO for the rest of the days I don't produce very much during those hours. I'm like totally empty right now. Thank god I pump too.
