I gained 60lbs and have lost 30 but the weight loss has slowed down. I read that the most weight loss occurs from 3-6 months so I'm hoping that it's true. TIA!!
I gained almost 40 pounds and I exercised until I was about 34 weeks.
The first few weeks, the weight came off quickly. I was down almost 25 pounds around 3 weeks PP.
Around the 3rd month, my loss slowed down. I have been exercising 4-5 days a week since 6 weeks PP. Right now, my DS is about 4.5 months old and I have 6 pounds to go to get to my PP weight and 11 to reach my goal.
i didnt weigh myself until 6.5wks pp, and i was down 40. i'm now 9wks pp and haven't weighed myself yet (my weight-the number doesn't bother or intrest me), but my stomach and boobs are still way big. h says i lost the weight in my arms- which works, i guess.
I was 15 lbs UNDER my pre-pregnancy weight at 10w. I was tested for hyperthyroidism but it turned out I just wasn't eating enough. I had to eat 5 meals a day plus 2 snacks to maintain a healthy weight. I didn't start putting weight back on until DD dropped a session and I dropped to pumping 1x a day at work around 9-10m.
I lost about 25 in the first 3-4 months. I then lost about 15 or so by 9 months. Then I lost about 10 more after 9 months (by the time she was 1).
Pregnancy #2: I gained 15 lbs
I lost it all w/in 1 week.
I am now about 9ish lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight .... although I started off about 15 lbs over. So I have about 6 or so until my ideal weight for my height.
I gained 45lbs. At 2wks PP I had lost 20lbs. Then nothing until at least 4mos PP and then I just lost a pound here and there. At 15mos PP I was still 10lbs heavier but I got pregnant so no more weight loss for me until October.
Currently going through our second deployment. Can't wait for Zoe to meet her daddy!

I'll answer this 2 ways, for both pregnancies.
