What to expect at 10 week u/s?

I have my next u/s on Wednesday. I will be right at 10 weeks. Up until now, I have been pretty familiar with what to expect to see but now that I am moving into the late first tri, I am unfamiliar with what to expect. Should the baby be moving? Will we be able to see the baby moving? Is it still a transvaginal u/s or a doppler? Any help would be appriciated. TIA!

I just had my 10 week u/s last week.  They did the u/s transvaginal.  The baby's were moving around and we could see the flicker of the heatbeats much more clearer.  They actually loked like babies, lol.  Good Luck!!

My 10-week u/s was transvaginal.  I don't remember seeing much movement -- maybe just a little flicker here and there?  She looked like a gummi bear at that point.
