DS typically wakes up and eats every 2-3 hours around the clock. Right now it's been 3 hours since his last meal and he is still snoozing. Should I wake him to eat during the day? Or let him wake himself?

I do if it is the afternoon/evening, just so she can be full before night, but mornings I just leave her be and follow her cues.
