Poop question?

How do you keep poop from sliding up the back of DS's diaper and out onto his clothes.  He has had some major poops and this always seems to happen.

This was happening with the Huggies Newborn diapers until we switched to Pampers Swaddlers - they work better for DD poops.  What kind of diapers are you using?

Huggies snug and dry size 1.  Ds is gets weighed on thursday but I think he is about 12-13 lbs.
