Need help producing more milk

Hello! I need help producing more milk...

 I pump in the morning after she eats and I get 5-7 oz.  That's the only time I pump because I feel like if I do it during the day she isn't getting enough. I need more so I can store for when I return to work.

5-7 oz after a feeding is great!  That's all I would do.  I have only used my frozen milk twice...on the first day of daycare and one day when he started eating an extra bottle at daycare.

I agree with the pp.  I haven't used any of my freezer stash.  I probably would have used a bottle or so here and there, but I've given up dairy for DS and all of my freezer stash has dairy in it. I've been able to make it 3 months now without one or supplementing with formula.

How much is your little one eating at daycare? You think pumping once a day is enough?

why won't you be pumping during the day when you go back to work???

I will pump at work...I'm just worried my freezer won't be full enough to keep up.

How long until you go back?  I went back at 11 weeks with about 140 oz in the freezer.  I pump 3x a day while at work and once after he goes to sleep, and get 15-18 ounces total.  Ds eats 12-16 ounces at daycare usually.  I've been back for a month now.

 So, I haven't use the freezer stash really, either.  But I'm glad I have it because I want to cut back on my pumping in a few months and use that up instead.
