Poop Question: Should I do anything

DS has not pooped since Friday afternoon. He is normally a everyday pooper, if not multiple times a day. Last week he was constipated and pooping little pellets. Then Thursday he had a really big bowel movement at school. Friday his teacher said that he pooped that afternoon.

Although I know that they can go up to a week with no poop, I  am kind of wondering if this will be the new pattern for him. He is not crabby, so I don't think he is uncomfortable. So I am trying not to do anything. But how long should we wait before we intervene?

Our DD won't poop sometimes for 3 or 4 days. It fluctuates from week to week. My pedi. said every baby is different. Some can go up to a week without pooping.
