Started my stash, some q's

I purchased some AIO and AI2s and just rec'd them in the mail.  Super excited! For my AI2s they did not come w/ the inserts. 

I have GroVias and a couple of other brands, I think I want to use bamboo to increase absorbency.  What do you think, where can I get them? any other helpful tips, tricks?

I'm just starting my stash too and I also want to use bamboo inserts. I just bought some earlier today from nurturecenter. They were pretty cheap from others that I've seen online.
