Wakeful period early or growth spurt?

DD was STTN 7pm-5am for a month just out of the blue following her previous growth spurt in the second month. Well this past week she started wanting 6oz per feeding and then turning around and waking up at 2-3am every night again like she did when she was 1 month old.

 

Granted, she goes down around 7 and sleeps until that 2-3am feeding, which is still honestly awesome, but DH and I are confused if this is the 4 month wakeful period on an earlier schedule or perhaps a temporary lapse for the 3 month growth spurt.

 

Any ideas?

IDK but my DD is doing the same thing. She used to sleep from about 9pm-6am and than eat and go right back to sleep till about 9am. Now she is waking up at 2am and 5am and up for the day at 7am. I'm hoping it's just due to a growth spurt and she goes back to her old schedule soon.
