Finally! I feel like we have a plan.

I haven't been around very much, mainly because we were still in the DX stage and I didn't really have any input.  After lots of testing, we have learned that I have and Insulin resistance, Stage 2 endo (which was removed during my lap). DH has varicoceles on both testicles(causing mainly low motility) and has to have surgery in the next month.

 After talking with our RE, he thinks we should move onto IVF. THe plan now is for DH to have his surgery, I will start metformin and in July, I will start Femara in prep. for IVF. Whew!  Has anyone else done Femara for IVF? A lot of what I'm reading is about women who have done Clomid or Stims.... I feel so overwhelmed by all the reading there is.
