Turns out the blurred vision from the clomid was pretty serious. The nurse said it is the clomid affecting the retina. I'm starting Femara today. Thanks again for the advice and support! Just wanted to say thank you!

I'm so glad you called your dr instead of taking clomid again! Hope femara works better for you

Hope your side effects on Femara are much better!  I saw spots on Clomid but from everything I read no one really seems to know why it causes vision issues.  It's so weird!

I'm glad you got it taken care of! My first cycle with clomid my nurse told me that I would probably get bitchy, hot/cold, and possibly headaches and to drink over 10 glasses of water a day, BUT if I had any concern about my vision, I was to RUN to the phone.

She's overly dramatic, but it stuck with me. I'd never heard elsewhere about the vision side-effect, and I probably would have brushed it off or waited if it had happened to me. Scary thought!

always always check your eyes... we really take them for granted, but it's so easy to think it's not that serious for too long, and then you can never go back!  Glad you got checked!!
