I know it is hot in Honduras all the time but being pregnant in Honduras is killing me!  I am sweating all the dang time!

    I feel your pain, I pretty much sit in front of a fan all day and night time is hellish, I have to sleep half naked with no blankets on..and it's only spring here :/

    We've been sleeping with our house set at 63 degrees, and I still wake up covered in sweat.... my hot flashes seem to be more at night than during the day. I seem to just be constantly hot during the day, I've been wearing shorts and tank tops for the last month and a half, and we live in Indiana...
