I am so happy! After having a miscarriage in early February,I'm 5 weeks today and just got my results from yesterday's bloo draw. My beta was 1500! And last Wednesday it was only 104, so my doc was only expecting numbers around 600 this week. Yay!!!

 Hope everyone's having a great week. These betas are reassuring since I don't have many other symptoms (boobs aren't very tender, etc).

    Very good news!!
    Began TTC #1 in January 2011
    Confirmation and Removal of Endo - March 2012
    +#1 on 4/1/12 - m/c @ ~8w 5d
    +#2 Tx cycle 4 - 5 mg Letrozole + 75iu Follsitim & Ovidrel w/ IUI on 11/13/12 - EDD 7/23/13 
    7 week u/s revealed THREE babies, all with heartbeats.  153bpm, 148bpm, and 136bpm
    9 week u/s revealed loss of Baby B.  A and C are growing on track.  A measuring 9w1d with 172bpm and C measuring 9w0d with 179 bpm.  
    Elective sex determination u/s on 2/8 revealed... boy AND girl!

    Great numbers are such a relief, especially after a loss.  I'm sorry for your loss, but congrats on the BFP!

    That is great news.  It must be nice to have some numbers in lieu of symptoms.

    did your dr suggest having your levels checked, just curious because i have had two miscarriages fairly far apart. my drs office has not suggested testing my levels. my first appt. is not for a couple weeks and the wait is killing me.

    That's awesome!  Yea for great numbers!  I am in your situation too I had a blighted ovum/mc last year and when I had 2 betas last week I was so excited on 1423 and 2 days later 3091!

    Yes, this is all what my doc suggested. They're an amazing practice and even though I've had only one early miscarriage, they said they like to closely monitor my betas and progesterone. Despite the great numbers they are having them drawn again on Friday for my peace of mind. Fwiw, my old doc wasn't like this at all!

    Congrats!! I'm 5 weeks too and just got my numbers- I'm over 1,000 as well, such a relief right?  :-) I feel like I am lacking symptoms as well.
