**Repeat post from 12-24 months & August 2012 Birth Month Boards:
Can someone recommend a good potty training book for toddlers (not for me to read...for us to read to DS)? DS loves books & we want to keep the "potty training" conversation alive through reading a book with him on the subject.
Also, can someone recommend an "I'm going to be a big brother/sister/sibling" type book as well? I know DS knows there's a baby in mommy's tummy, but I don't think he understands anything else about being a big brother.
Any suggestions would be great--TIA!
Re: Book Recommendations Needed - PT and Sibling
We have 'I'm gonna be a Big Sis' by Joanna Cole. DD has a Barbie big sis book too but she never got into it and it's Barbie...
PT-" It's Potty time" Chris Sharp was mine and DD's fave. There is a toilet flushing button. The book informs you what to do step by step. I have literally read this over 100 times. Sometimes 10x in a row DD loved it so much.
Another book-Potty time w/ Abby Caddaby-it's ok the other book is more informative and this is more cutesy. DD prefers it now (fully trained for 8 months) b/c she's into Elmo and this one has a lot of buttons w/ diffn't music-annoying for me.
