I have 2 dz orange edge GMD prefolds. I keep seeing people mention GMD workhorse prefolds. Are these the same thing? I don't see a place to specify workhorse on the website, but maybe I'm just missing it.
And also- after prefolds are prepped, can they be line dried or do they need the heat from the dryer every time they are washed?
ETA: Just realized that maybe the workhorse refers to FITTEDS. Is that correct, or are there workhorse prefolds as well?
Re: GMD workhorse ?
My family is a Foreign Service family. Families like mine are posted in every corner of the globe. We live our lives away from family, friends and the conviences and comforts of home. We often live and work in dangerous places among those that misunderstand our intentions and purposes. Sometimes members of our ranks sacrifice our lives to further diplomacy. Please remember that we serve too. And I'm always open to questions.
ETA: I always put my prefolds in the dryer - they are much softer that way. Also you may not be able to find them as easily because they are called "Cloth-eez"
Here is the link (I'm on chrome and can't make it clicky):

Ok, it makes sense now.I wish I had added a few of the workhorse fitteds to my order.
I'll just dry the prefolds in the dryer. The weather has been so nice, but it sounds like they would be crunchy like towels, so no thanks.
You can hang dry and then throw them in the dryer a few minutes at the end to soften them up.
