Worried I didn't ovulate :-(

I'm so worried that I didnt ovulate this cycle and I know there's really nothing I can do. I had iui number 2 on Thursday, cd 22, after an early miscarriage.  Doc said my follicles were matured and I triggered the Tuesday before but have had no ovulation Pains and I ALWAYS get them.  Last IUI they started the morning of so I was really confident, this time 3 days later and still nothing.  I mentioned it to her and she did an ultrasound and was confident that I would ovulate that day or the next. I wasn't charting or using OPKs so there's no way for me to confirm either way!!  I've been so sure this cycle was a wash I didn't even start my prometri and haven't been taking my estrogen. Guess I should, just in case but I'm just feeling really down and totally hopeless right now!!

Our bodies do odd things all the time. Don't count yourself out! Hang in there and try to stay positive, you might just get your BFP this cycle.

I say definitely take any drugs you have been prescribed. Don't waste an opportunity because you "feel" like you didn't ovulate. Always give it 110%!

LOL.  Not a dumb point.  I thought about that too.  I just felt like I was giving myself false hope!!

Starting my meds tonight.  You're right I can at least give it a fair shot since there is no way for me to be 100% sure either way.

I'm hardly an expert here but you will know for sure if you ovulated in a few days when you get your blood taken, right?  I thought that was how it worked.

Anyway good luck!

My RE doesn't do progesterone checks so I won't have any blood work until my beta.

Well if you're worried I would call tomorrow and ask about it.  You'll have plenty of time for her to call it in before Thursday.

I would start taking everything just in case. I always got ovulation pains but this month I didn't. I tested with OPKs and kept getting very faint positives but not clear positive for O. I went in this morning for an ultrasound and the tech told me I was ovulating now (CD15) which is late for me but with the clomid it may have been effected.

Don't give up hope!
