Which one and why? We have a small 1 bedroom and currently use the on-site coin laundry (oly shared by three ppl). We get free water in our apartment, so this might save some money getting a portable washer. Recommend yours! I'm especially interested to know how many diapers you can fit in one load.

MH and I have this one and love it!! So far we've only used it with our clothes because the baby isn't here yet but it works great. I find it fascinating to see how gross the water is when it drains. It really gets your clothes super clean!!
I don't know how many diapers would fit in it because we had already prepped all our diapers when we bought it but I imagine we can fit a bunch. I can get a full queen size sheet set in there fine in one load.
We got it for cheaper than Amazon on Walmart.com (with the two year extended warranty). Had it shipped to the store so shipping was free

We're going to get the smaller Haier, so no feedback yet. I'm only worried that I'll have to get crafty with it and attach it to the faucet in some weird way. The bathroom is the only place where we could have access to somewhat hot water, so I'm hoping it'll hook up to the sink in there (may end up doing cold washes anyway). It's an old faucet that's permanently part of the old sink so I have no idea. This sink also leaks and it can't be stopped, it can only be diminished to a slow drip. Luckily our water is free and the landlord is clearly not concerned about the cost! I doubt it would hook up to the kitchen faucet unless we figured out how to install a new one, but we have no hot water in the kitchen--just a weak stream of room temperature water when we turn the "hot" handle all the way.
My worst fear is that I'll have to dump buckets of water into this bad boy every time I use it! ha. It would be worth it to us though, just to keep from needing to pay per load of laundry.
