HCG - tripled?

Had my betas drawn, 15dpo was 437 and 17dpo was 1258. They almost tripled!! Anybody else experience this? My betas only doubled before w/ my twins. Just curious.

Hey, This is my first pregnancy and I had my HCG levels tested at 5 weeks which was 1837  and then at 6 weeks exactly and it was 11897. But two days apart like that I have no clue.  Sorry. Congrats to you!

Yes mine tripled too. I researched it because there was a chance for twins since I had 2 eggs during ovulation but the HcG level really has no correlation between how many it is. Some people just doubled like normal with twins.There is an old wives tale that higher HcG levels are indicative that it is a girl but you know how that goes. I am pregnant with a baby girl though so you never know! :P
