This is a family name in my husband's family. It's on my list, but it seems when I suggest it to random people, it's not so popular. Can I get some honest opinions ?
I like it. I had a student years ago named Pierce. He was so sweet and cute that I've always been partial to that name. And, by the way, he graduated college with an engineering degree!
I really like it. It was on my list before we narrowed it down. It's a mature name that will be great when he gets older!!! And it still works for kid age.

awww, it is my little guy's name so I am obviously partial. I am so glad we went with it. I do call him my little Piercey Pie quite a bit, which I'm sure he will hate eventually. Otherwise, I think it is a very distinctive strong and underused name!
It was one of our 3 names we kept until the day DS2 was born. It was also a family name. I like it a lot, but didn't expect evryone to love it. FWIW we did not go with it in the end, but I still think it's a great name.

Re: Pierce
I like it, it reminds me of Pierce Brosnan, handsome and sophisticated.
I really like it. As the PP stated, it sounds very handsome.
