NE1 remember the sand filled "snakes" to keep drafts out?

Any ideas where I can get those ?  Our windows are so drafty because there are pretty big gaps between the window sill and the windows.  We tried the shrink wrap plastic last year, but we had a wind storm and the it managed to rip the plastic off. The house is getting cold at night even with the heat going so I was thinking of using these.

check local craft fairs/craft shows...  i think that's about the only place i've really seen them anymore
