Hi guys my daughter is 9 months and I have had friends who are trying to get pregnant and friends who are pregnant recently so I want to share with you what I shared with them.
I was the most neurotic pregnant woman ever. I had a miscarriage the first time around and was convinced I was never going to be able to have a child...or something would be wrong with the child I had. No matter what I did, I did listen to my doctor.
My pregnancy was perfect but I freaked out about little things. If you have cramps in the beginning, its normal. Unless it is really bad cramps where you are like screaming in pain...normal menstrual type cramps are fine. I got these pains in my pelvis all the time that scared the crap out of me.... it's ligaments stretching. At 11 weeks I was bleeding brown blood...it's normal. (If anything really scares you go to your doctor .... make sure you are very comfortable with your doctor that is the biggest thing!!!)
I ate anything I wanted...within moderation. I used icy hot on my sciatica everyday and my daughter came out perfectly normal.
Try not to stress out on things...I did on everything and I regret it.
Enjoy your pregnancies!!!
Re: my daughter is 9 months..
nice of you to share some encouraging words
when did you first notice the pelvic pain from the ligaments stretching?
