Cute Gifts for Grandparents?

OK, so my dad's birthday is coming up next week, and we just told my parents that we're expecting. I want to get him something cute for his birthday related to him getting another grandchild. Any ideas?

    Well, he's played 16-inch softball for 40 years. And he loves the White Sox. I was thinking something along those lines, too.

    I always love giving gifts from Things Remembered and having it engraved. We had "1# Grammie" engraved into a heart locket for my husbands g'ma and she loved it:)
