I made a bunch of my own using Av.ery Iron on transfer paper.  They turned out really, really well and I am soooo not crafty (I can barely draw a straight line with a ruler!).  Av.ery has thier own free software package online so you can add text in a variety of fonts, images, etc.  Their software flips the image and gives you a .pdf of your reversed image so that it transfers properly.  It's so easy. 

I cheated and basically downloaded the pics from fun.sies dot com and then pasted the images into the Av.ery software and ta da..I had like 8 adorable onesies in like 20 minutes. 

I wasn't sure how they were going to turn out so I didn't want to spend alot of money on onesies so I got a bunch from the dollar store as test runs.  They turned out so well that the next time I make some, I'll use better quality ones. 

Again, I am so not crafty but they turned out so well that I would not hesitate to give them as gifts.

Im just a lurker but wanted to tell you I have used Cafepress.com to make special onesies. They have EVERYTHING you can think of and they definitely have what you are looking for. If you don't like their design you can design it yourself! I am going to get "Grandpa's Bocci Ball" lol and i fell in love with "I'm with Stunad". If you sign up through email you get coupons. They sometimes have free shipping and sometimes have a percentage off your total. It is a bit pricy but still worth it. I did get three mat shirts with cute sayings on them (wishful thinking) and got DH an xbox onesie and bib. I just custom made one with his company's logo on it to give him hopefully soon (but havent ordered it. I have a wish list of what I want lol)

you can probably buy some iron on something at  a craft store and iron it on a white onsie.

I second Cafe Press!  I ordered custom onesies and a bib from there.  I have two Polish-related ones for my family to see her in when we go up for a visit soon, and I made one for my neighbor who had her little boy thanks to the same ART clinic we went to (bumped into her in the waiting room, lol!)... it said "worth the wait."  The bib I made I just used clip art of some baby bottles and put the text "Pass me a bottle, Mr. Jones" since that is a line from one of DH's favorite bands, Counting Crows.  Happy announcing!
