Sleepless night update

I have still yet to go to sleep and it's 8:00 am here. My back and stomach are killing me! I finally called urgent care and they told me to take my Omeprazole 20 mg until my next appointment. It's not that it's unssafe, but there are safer medications.

The only thing that helps is the shower! i keep getting in and out in a out 10 minute intervals. Looks like i'll be spending my day in there!
