Confused! IUD but positive pregnancy test

Hi ladies!

So I am really confused right now. I have the mirena which was placed about 2 years ago. I got it at my 6 week appt after I had my son. Since then I have stopped getting periods (fine by me). Recently, within the last 5 days maybe, I have started to pee constantly. This was one of my first signs I was pregnant with my son. Today I decided to take a pregnancy test just to ease my mind.
