Ok, I've heard a lot about different detergents that people use for their CD. I know there are ones made for CD's (rocking green for example) but I've heard a lot of people using Tide Powder. Several sites on the internet rate different detergents for CD washing and I haven't seen Tide Powder as having a high rating. So I'm curious and would love to hear from you CD'ing mom's.
For those that use Tide Powder, do you have to strip the diapers frequently? have you had any problems with lingering smells, repelling, or any other of the normal CD complications?
I'd love to use Tide Powder and save the money on those expensive detergents, but is it really going to be worth my while or will I be plagued with CD problems? Help!

I've used Tide powder for like 8 months now.
I've only stripped once and that was more of a preventative because my diapers didn't quite get washed right once (my mom was trying to be helpful). I just always be sure to double rinse at the end. Never had a Tide buildup issue.
Tide has actually killed all my CD problems. I had some serious stink issues with a previous detergent.
I think the key is to rinse, rinse, rinse.
