Cortizone shot and bm

I had a shot of cortizone in my wrist this morning and  I called my pediatrician to ask if it was ok to still bf or if I should pump and dump for 24hrs but I haven't heard back yet.  Does anyone know if it is safe to bf?

    My orthopedist would not give me a cortisone shot (I have trigget finger) since I am BF.
